  1. I really would like to subscribe to IBSNET but I do not want to overwhelm my email account. How?

  1. Easy! Open a Google email account specifically for IPSNET. The threaded message interface is superb, you never have to delete anything and the search facility is to Google standards.

  2. If you'd like to access IPSNET via the web, using your registered email address, first you need to register a PASSWORD here: www.mailtalk.ac.uk/
    Click on the link in the left hand column "REGISTER PASSWORD".

    Having chosen a password, a verification message will be sent to your email inbox. YOU MUST CLICK ON THE VERIFICATION LINK in order to continue.
    THEN return to the IPSNET web page: http://www.mailtalk.ac.uk/ibsnet (see snapshot  of it here: tinyurl.com/ydtu9j9)

    From this page, choose any of the OPTIONS in top left of screen.
    For MORE options (display/sorting of archives etc) click PREFERENCES link on top right of the IBSNET home page.
