Gudgin, Tim (1929 - ) : BBC announcer with a droll sense of humour. Had been in BFBS. His weekly presentation on the Light Programme of Music Box with Charlie Katz and his Novelty Sextet from Maida Vale 5 was always worth listening to, if only for his presentation. It began immediately after GTS at 10.00. “Ah well, its seedless from now on” was one (typical) opening announcement.
